Welcome to Web2Android. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Description of Service
Web2Android provides a platform that allows users to convert websites or HTML content into Android application packages (such as APK or AAB files). Generated files are delivered digitally and made available for download.
User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit for conversion.
- You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies, including Google Play Developer Policies and AdMob policies.
- You are responsible for configuring and managing your own third-party services (such as AdMob, Firebase, hosting providers, or payment gateways).
Monetization and Third-Party Services
Web2Android may support integrations such as Google AdMob or Firebase. We do not control, manage, or guarantee approval, performance, or revenue outcomes from any third-party service. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant third-party policies.
Payments and Digital Delivery
All purchases (including pay-per-build and subscription plans) are for digital services and downloadable products. Delivery is considered complete once a build is successfully generated and made available for download.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible refunds may be granted when the service was not successfully delivered due to a verified platform-side error (for example, if a build fails due to an internal system issue and no downloadable file is produced).
Non-refundable cases include, but are not limited to:
- Successful generation and availability of a downloadable build
- User error or incorrect configuration
- Issues caused by third-party services
- Google Play rejections unrelated to the build generation process
- Revenue performance or monetization expectations
Subscription plans may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Refunds are limited to the first 14 days after the initial purchase and may be denied in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or violation of these terms.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@web2android.online and must include the email used at checkout and relevant order or build details.
Prohibited Use
- You may not use the service to create apps containing illegal, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
- You may not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform infrastructure.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive or unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. Web2Android retains all rights to the platform, software, branding, and underlying build infrastructure.
Service Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with future third-party platform updates.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web2Android shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of the service or generated applications.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
