Refund Policy
Web2Android provides digital services and downloadable build files (such as APK/AAB). This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
When a Refund May Be Approved
Eligible refunds may be granted when the service was not successfully delivered due to a verified platform-side error. Examples include:
- A build repeatedly fails due to an internal Web2Android issue
- No downloadable file is produced after a successful payment
- A generated file cannot be downloaded due to a platform outage
When Refunds Are Not Typically Available
Non-refundable cases include (but are not limited to):
- Successful generation and availability of a downloadable build
- User error, incorrect settings, or misconfiguration
- Issues caused by third-party services (including Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, hosting providers, or device-specific issues)
- Google Play Store rejection unrelated to the build generation process
- Monetization or revenue outcomes
Subscriptions
If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Refunds (where applicable) are limited to the first 14 days after the initial purchase and may be declined in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or policy violations.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@web2android.online with:
- The email used at checkout
- Your order details (or invoice/receipt if available)
- The build/job ID (if available)
- A short description of the issue and screenshots (optional)
Abuse Prevention
To protect the platform from misuse, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that involve repeated excessive usage, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
